Heavy Sweetness Ash-Like Frost by Dian Xian 香密沉沉烬如霜

I just started reading this and so far Im liking this story, and its captivating how the males leads interacts with our female lead in this story. How one of them tries to hold on to his love even thought he was aware that she would never be his while one still longs for his other half, no pain or betrayal could ever hamper.

This is xian xia novels which means gods in chinese and would usually have eye boggling time skips that would span for thousands of years.
